I’m Kara. I am a stay at home mom with a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter. My hobbies include getting lost on Pinterest, going to Starbucks, and baking healthy cookies.
I gained nearly 50 pounds after having my youngest and I am living proof that it is possible to get back in shape while raising a family. Looking after the little ones made it inconvenient for me to go to the gym, so my husband and I put together a mini-gym at home!
Since then, I’ve decided to share everything I’ve learned about fitness by building this site. I am currently in the process of getting certified as a personal trainer and I am also getting licensed as a nutritionist. I believe that staying in shape is essential. It affects everyone around us, and we shouldn’t let anything stop us from achieving our goals.
