The video starts with a short discussion of activating your abs (suck in your stomach). Then, even the basic crunches have an exhaustive explanation.
One thing that she says that helps me is to imagine clasping a pencil between your rib cage.
This visual explanation helped me to understand how to complete a crunch correctly. The tranquil setting, voice, and background lure me into thinking this workout will be easy, but it always burns at the end.
My abs often ache for days after doing this workout. I hope that means it's working.
